Mindful Self-Compassion Program (MSC)

This 9-session program will help you practice the healing power of compassion for the person who needs it the most – YOU!

Self-Compassion is a life-saving skill post-concussion. It can help us meet our daily challenges with care instead of contempt, and can give us the strength to get through the hard times.
