Hi! I'm Dr. Shailla Vaidya

and I have lived with Persistent Post-Concussion Symptoms

It happened in a flash

On July 18, 2018, I had a bike accident that caused a traumatic brain injury. It changed my life.

I know what it is like...

to live with chronic pain, migraines, vertigo, brain fog,  fatigue, light & noise sensitivity…

… and how hard it is to navigate the healthcare system to get the help you need.

It is a very lonely place to be.

You can get BETTER!

I created these educational programs to increase access to information and help you:

√ Understand what happened to your brain

√ Practice techniques based in Yoga to help you calm your Nervous System and foster Neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to change and heal)

√  Connect with others who share the common experience of living with persistent post-concussion symptoms

My goal is to help you live BETTER post-concussion!
